We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the hotel's proximity to the beach. The staff were always friendly and willingly offered assistance. The bar on the beach was a lovely spot for drinks.

The Wi-Fi connectivity in certain areas was a bit inconsistent.

Our bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor, and we found hairs from previous guests, indicating it was not properly cleaned. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, hindering our ability to stay connected during our trip. Some sunbeds were reserved by staff for other guests, leaving us without a comfortable spot by the pool.

It was just a perfect match for getting around the area in Sunny Beach with good price value. The beach had lovely free sunbeds, but watch out for jellyfish! Try to arrive earlier if you want a good spot by the pool.

Lekker spot right near the beach, daily cleaning, and staff were always smiling, especially at the bars. The food had some really nice options, and let me tell you, those waffles at the snack bar were great!

The Superior Twin Room with Balcony and Side Sea View was really comfy. The daily cleaning kept it fresh, and the view was gorgeous! There was a nice touch with fresh towels every day. The beds were decent, but a kettle would have been handy. It felt a bit cramped sometimes. The balcony space was great for enjoying the sunset.

Really enjoyed this amazing hotel! . Exceptionally good view across the bay. Special thanks to the amazing staff for making my stay fabulous. Comfy rooms and free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! . Convenient amenities such as a minibar, work desk, and TV. Unbeatable location, close to Icon Park. Lovely restaurant nearby. Easy access from the airport, just 30 km away.
